The Easiest Way to Build a Hyper Profitable Online Business in 90 Days

What do you love to do? What moves you, makes you come alive... and would be a DREAM to do everyday for "work"?

The fact is, no matter how many eBooks you read on how to pick the right niche, or what keyword metrics are most important, or what markets are BEST for newbies, the simple truth is, PASSION is the true pre-requisite for profit.

I want to lay out for you a very simple strategy for building your online business around doing something that you love, and simultaneously... offering you several ways to build a community, to contribute, and ultimately, to cash in on making a difference in the world around you as well.

First, understand THIS:

Forget everything the gurus want you to believe. Forget about the gadgets, the gimmicks and the goofiness.

If you do the following sequence of steps for 90 days......you WILL make major momentum in your business, and you WILL make money.

1 - Create content every day for 90 minutes. I don't care if it's articles like this one, or guest posting on a blog in your niche. But for 90 minutes a day, write content that demonstrates your authority, expertise and PASSION for your niche.

2 - Use that content to "point" to a community building page. This could be your Facebook community, or more optimally from my standpoint, an opt in form that offers something of value to your subscribers.

3 - Create a continuous conversation with your community of subscribers on a DAILY basis. Every day, you should send out one short email that shares something valuable with your list. It shouldn't be an affiliate offer, or a product launch pitch. ( as a matter of fact, I don't believe in sending those at all) Instead, a daily, simple trust building email that creates real rapport and relationship with your readership.

IMPORTANT: In my experience (and I've written THOUSANDS of messages to hundreds of thousands of subscribers) what works best today is short, informative daily thoughts that are genuine, hype free, informative and do NOT promote a product or service in the email. As outlined herein.....I find conversion rates go up exponentially when you only have something to buy several times per month and NOT everyday like the "guru's" recommend.

4 - Once every 14 days or so, have a "one day enrollment" to a coaching program or service related offer that helps your readership accomplish their goals. It's important that it's a limited time offer, and that it's credible as well. (in other words, it's open for one day, and that's it)

5 - Continue to offer as much genuine value, as much contribution and as much care as you are able to deliver to the folks who have turned to you, and invested in you their trust.

If you start with passion in an area you have genuine expertise, and can coach, teach, mentor or assist other people get to the same place, you CAN parlay that passion into perpetual piles of profit.....without working NEARLY as hard as many of you are right now.
