I have a complete system I use in my business I call the Builders Blueprint. Basically, it's a system for generating high value online communities for businesses of all sizes... and then selling them for great profit. BUT, one of the easiest and under utilized approaches to making money from "flipping" websites is building a back end BEFORE you begin.
For example?
What would happen if you created a brand NEW blog every 48 hours in a high value niche and offered to give it away to a local professional in your community?
Yes, you heard right... A brand new blog, with a good domain name, premium template and a few articles in local niche.
Do you think you could offer $100-$500 worth of ongoing value to that professional person in blog building, article marketing, SEO, social media strategy, or any of the plethora of other potential profit generating services EVERY online business needs?
How about affiliate offers like hosting, auto responder services and domain name purchases? You can build this in to every freebie... and literally earn a monthly commission from every NECESSARY service your customers and clients need to keep their free site optimized for maximum marketing mojo. The truth is, this is a win/win scenario for everyone involved...and you can literally grow a high value online business off of a REAL stable of clients who love and appreciate you, and by offering them deals that have real reciprocal value for each of you. (And you are ONLY limited by your imagination, there are hundreds of possible permutations of the above that work wonderful well in every industry)

Here is something that is a bit more straightforward than the above, but it works wonderfully well for coaches, consultants and passion professionals who are selling high end personal services.
Give away a full length coaching session. If your rates are $225 for 2 or 3 phone sessions per month or whatever it is that you charge, giving away a complimentary session and advertising it prominently on your site will literally triple or quadruple the interest in any phone based, or email offer. (at least that's how it works in MY business) Even if you only get 5 people a week to request a free session, and 80% don't want to continue after that, 1 new client a week at $200 a month gives you an extra $10,000 a year...and more often than not, those are people who would NOT have paid your rates up front, without the free offer to induce them. As a matter of fact, on my blog I get less than 1/2 of 1% of readers to inquire about coaching when my prices and they need to pay up front. When I use the free session offer? It bumps inquiries by WELL over 1000%....and never fails to generate an avalanche of new clients, customers and cash! (And will work equally as well for you, I promise!)
Remember - each of the approaches above can be incorporated into just about any type of business there is. If you are primarily a coach or teacher, try free offers first. If you are more of an online marketing entrepreneur or professional, try the business builders back end approach first. If you do both, offer them BOTH! There is truly no limit to what you can accomplish if you're creative and offer folks real value, and I truly believe each of these CAN make you rich if you stick with them.
